Intriguing game, but I can't get past the first two rooms. I did find what looked like the console of the game by pressing the ~ key and then typing "thingslookup", and I could see a few options of the cursor being stuck in looking-down mode, but every time I tried to change anything in the console and hit "Enter", it just changed right back to what it was before. I did also find a point in the wall where it looked like a doorway, but just covered up (I could see what resembled a slit under a door near the floor at one point), and I can't figure out how to open it either.
I do really want to try and get to the other locations that're shown in the screenshots, but I haven't the faintest clue how to. If anyone knows, then please do enlighten me. A strategy guide would also be very useful, nickk.
I know I'm late to the party but I just found this game. It's neat but it took me longer than I'd like to admit to get out of the first two rooms. Long enough that all of my friends ditched me but that's okay because I can always go back to hang with Nickk in Please Come Over. He's a true friend. But that's all beside the point. What's really important here is giving kudos for a nifty game. Glowy window friend gave me a spook tho. Ty, Nickk. For your friendship and the game.

I think it's a metaphor for pessimism and how some people can't see the bright side in things or in other words look up, I mean, you literally can't look up in the game, while everyone around you can. Because they're optimistic, they see the bright side and can look up, that's why they seem to be staring at a light above them. Maybe I'm thinking way too into it, but that's the first thing I thought.

I found out what it is, so if you don't want to get spoiled stop reading because it's not that hard...
SPOILERS: It's hard to explain because the password changes sometimes, I'm not sure what triggers it, but from what I've seen it's one of the two words: "thingsarelookingup" or "nickk", even if you try both you should keep switching between the 2 and you'll find the (what I believe) is the console of the game. Maybe you can enter something so you can look up? Or find out one the "secrets" the creator Nickk was talking about?
